We have officially reserved our yurts at the beautiful Cloudland Canyon State Park for our Restore and Relax retreat scheduled for September 11-14, 2015. I have more yoga mats than I know what to do with (wait, I know what to do with them!), tons of half rounds, monster bands and stretch straps galore! We’ll have a massage table available for the massage therapists in attendance, and no one has signed up to bring canned pickles, but I have my fingers crossed.
