Restorative Exercise Retreats—Come join us for 3-4 day movement retreats with other nutritious movement enthusiasts! Whether you’re new to natural movement, alignment, and Restorative Exercise, or you’ve been practicing for a while, there’s nothing like getting objective eyes on you! There will be two Restorative Exercise Specialists teaching daily classes, and available for private instruction. We encourage small business owners (mompreneurs, body workers, home-based businesses) to come ready to offer products or services to exchange with other participants and instructors so we can create an atmosphere that highlights other health workers and entrepreneurs, and you might leave with some great ideas and contacts! No pushy sales though, please.

Workshops— I provide a variety of workshops focused on improving your physical health. Many of our more common ailments such as osteoporosis, pelvic floor disorders, and structural issues (knee and hip replacements) can be avoided through participating in more natural movement. How you move makes a difference. Regular “exercise” isn’t cutting it anymore; our bodies crave regular, daily natural movement.
