September 2015 Restore and Relax Retreat – The Official Agenda

Hello all! Kathryn and I have been working hard behind the scenes to get the agenda and any other pertinent information taken care of for the retreat, and it’s finally complete! Since the point of this retreat is not only to restore, but to relax, we aren’t scheduling every second. It’s going to be a very loose schedule so you have time to find your own adventure! But first, a few details:

***If you want the Early Bird discount on registration YOU MUST REGISTER BY AUGUST 1, 2015. That’s this coming Saturday. We are no longer accepting deposits, you must pay in full. After August 1st the registration fee goes up to $147. This is to cover our costs in case we need to cancel any of the yurts, or any changes in our travel and supply costs. To register, click here.

***If you’re flying in, the best airports to fly into are Chattanooga or Knoxville. You can fly into the Atlanta airport, but you’ll be adding some drive time in case you run into Atlanta traffic (which you will!) I have created an event on Facebook for the retreat here, and I highly recommend you click over and add yourself so those of you who will be flying in can work on ride-sharing.

***There is a “park pass” that you’ll have to purchase when you get to the park. It’s $5 per car for the whole weekend.

***There is an Ingles grocery store right before you get to the park where you can load up on food for the weekend. The office at the park sells ice if you bring coolers to keep stuff cold.
